@@gottalivehappy 1815 no way, it must be at the early 1900s. Assuming that the latest that could be is at 1918, when imperial germany fell, until today have passed 104 years, so yeap everyone in dead.
I believe the man with the beard in the carriage seen at 2:29 is Russian Czar Nicholas II who must have been visiting German Kaiser Wilhelm II to whom he was related, just as the Kaiser was also related to British King George V. So obviously this footage is from before World War I, considering all three cousins eventually went to war with George and Nicholas doing their best to destroy Cousin Wilhelm. All in the family.
Very popular in Britain, at the time, since Queen Victoria’s son-in-law, Crown Prince Frederick William, led the main Prussian army to victory. Queen Victoria was very pro Prussian and actively persuaded Kaiser Franz Joseph to recognize the new order of things and to step down, as President of the German Federation, in favour of the King of Prussia, which of course, after his defeat at the Battle of Koniggratzer, was his only real choice. After two world wars, of course, the Koniggratzer March is not quite so popular here!

it was indeed Nicholas II wearing a Prussian Grenadier uniform, while Kaiser Willy is wearing a Russian Hussar uniform.
