The writing for Ridge from 2009 to this point was completely OOC. In the past Ridge had never put Brooke before his own children. When he'd learned that Thomas was his child, he had annulled his marriage to Brooke in order to be a full time father. In the years he was married to Taylor and fathered Steffy and Phoebe, he never once considered leaving his family to be with Brooke. He only got with Brooke when Taylor was thought to have died. Then when Taylor returned in 2009, it all went downhill and we were suddenly asked to believe that Brooke and her children were more important to Ridge than Taylor's, even though it became evident over time that Brooke had no love for Taylor's children.
Are you kidding? This storyline alone shows how he put Brooke and Hope above Steffy. When Ron moss played Ridge he ALWAYS put Brooke and her kids above his kids with Taylor. When Thorsten Kaye assumed the tole Ridge did a complete 180, he stopped taking flack from Brooke and he always stand by Steffy.
Brooke is such an evil stepmother! Steffy was telling the truth! Brooke should admit she was wrong and not make excuses for herself and Ridge! Ridge is a joke as a father!
