Whole land buying and selling in JKUT is so complex that a common person cannot know easily how and what to do. There is lack of awareness and the handwriting in God known urdu makes it even more worst. Some initiative like english translation and all was done recently however there needs to be a single window system for this. How can a law abiding genuine common man buy and sell land easily without this?
Actually land is a big scam, that is why they still use 300 hundred old british style for land records. All wetlands in kashmir are becoming fast money making machine by nexus of bearaucrats and draals, where common man bcoz of majburi is being given a flood area for his life savings
Action should be taken against Revenue patwary for Farid showed land of the Government, such like patwari are in Kulgam Distt.especially in village Bugam.

My hereditary land together with that of my three Bros. has been shown in d name of some other people by a Patwari during Land Resettlement process with a mean intention to later extract money illegally in rectifying d records. But on coming to know this fraud, we ve been for d last 4 years pursuing this case with documentary evidence obtd. from concerned Muhafiz khanna Bemina regarding our real ownership, but still nothing done till date. What kind of punishment should b imposed on such criminals and fraudsters shl get decided vis-a-vis the claims we see being made by top Govt functionaries.

Ek minute ki kahani ko banaya 7.40 minute ki lambi kahani. Yeh bhi kaisa hunnar hai. Sad theek hai hamdardi qayam hai mazloom ke saath.
