I’m first
I have been playing a few matches and this season IS FUN!?!? Here are some advice from me from what I have played and checked.
- *_Wastelander Challenges_* - You get Bonus XP and an extra reward if you win a game, the trade-off is that it gives you a negative effect. There is; _Cannot Gain Sheilds_ , _No Reloading_ , _You Can't Use Health or Shields_ , or _Take Damage_ when you either pick up items, stand still or touching the ground.
I gave one of them a crack and it was quite a quick game cause I got the _Take Damage when Touching Ground_ which is the equivalent of the Floor is Lava... and I died. These are GOOD for Hardcore Players or those that want to have a challenge that is worth fighting for. From what I heard, you can get HEAPS of XP when you win a match with one of those active + if it is the first time you won with it - you can get the *Wastelander's Mark Wrap* to give your weapons a good look.
- *XP has been Nerfed* - Match Quests has been replaced with Daily Quests, and you can only get 15K each with up to 3 of them completed at max. So you'll need to FIGHT harder and GET wreckless to even get some of that juicy XP. I advise completing the SHADOW Briefings where possible as it is listed as a 20 Stage Milestone Quest. Completing those Briefings from memory gives you some XP. Other than that, it NOW feels *_more grindy_* compare to the previous two seasons. That really sucks for Casuals, so hopefully they'll buff them at some point. But you know, Epic might be doing that to get more money and users to buy stuff.
- *Accolades Can Be Found In Collections* - If you're looking at your Map, check out Collections. One of the Jumpstart Quests is to check that out. Not only can you find NPCs that you have visited, but from this season onwards, you can now check what Accolades you have achieved and how many times you got them. *Every New Accolades* rewards you with a small XP bonus depending on the difficulty between 1k XP to about 3k XP or so. They are categorized based off type such as First Person, Weapons Shot, Items etc. as well as Seasonal Accolades that only appears in the current season. This is probably where those XPs went to get this nerf.
- *GET A CAR!!!* - Players will be using these now moddable vehicles to survive till End Game. It is going to get CHAOTIC at this point. If you can take on Ringmaster Scarr and grab her medallion, you can use it to get her car. It is a BEAST of its own. SUVs can also be modded, and you can change its style in this update if you have a Rocket Racing SUV/Truck in your Locker. The Behemoth is the only Rocket Racing SUV available at the moment, but eventually other vehicles of its type from Rocket League like the Merc, the Road Hog and the Marauder could come... but that depends on Psyonix. Much like before with the Sports Cars, any SUVs you buy from The Shop is also going to be in your Rocket League garage and vice versa. Smashing those crates reminds me a LOT of Crash Bandicoot for some reason, and I LOVE IT!? Repair your car at any Service Station. Get your wheels onto the panel and let it repair. They are found not only at Gas Stations but also at some places around the map.
- *Shop Timers Are Here... kinda* - Each item in The Shop now shows you when this item or bundle will be removed and is based on the date and time in your time zone. Where is it? Look at the fine print underneath the Gifts & Purchase Buttons. OK... they have added it in as promised, but this is weird that you may need a magnifying glass to read it. If you use *Fortnite GG*, they have added those said timers to items in their Shop page. Just look below any item that you wanna look at. These are all set based off your time zone.
- *The Red Biker?* - The Red Biker in that trailer is named *_Drakon Steel Rider_* , and he has 2 edit styles. The Red one that you know and a Ranked style. By the looks of it, this is this season's Ranked Skin that you can purchase when it appears in The Shop. It started with *_Odyssey_* from the Myths & Mortals season and it continues here. Looking at the design of Drakon Steel Rider, it reminds me a lot of Mach Rider and Excitebike from the NES days - just with Fortnite's take on it.
- *Collab Crazy* - You saw Magneto from the Marvel franchise and the T-60 from the Fallout franchise, but there is actually one more collab that was dug out. Hope you have met your quota from all of that clean up, because The Employee from the co-operative survival horror game known as Lethal Company is also coming in this season. It is REALLY popular back in 2023 due to people messing around in this one. I haven't played it but I am kinda excited. Time for a little dance break!

This new season is good and all but now everyone can basically abuse the cars with the modifiers
Facts I've won 6 out of my first 10 games in squads and stayed in a car the entire game I'm sure they'll have to patch it soon I had two squads focusing fire on one car and they couldn't even knock half of my health before I ran them over cause it's pretty hard to get away without any movement

This season is sooo fun for casuals. It’s so goofy and chaotic, I can’t wait for the pros to complain so everything gets nerfed until it’s not fun anymore yayyy!!
Nah it's way too easy I have 6 wins out of 10 games already you just have to stay in the car the entire game to even have a chance at winning and most people don't like vehicles so I'll understand why people don't like this season basically no car equals no win

Love the Nitro Fists, when screwing around with them in Creative I discovered you can combo the uppercut into a slam attack and deal some pretty nasty damage
You can also become Jesus with the nitro drink and run on water
The best place to land is Brawlers Battleground and you can move to Redline Rig or Mount Olympus but there is a 100% two crates and a truck if you go on the path to Mount Olympus.

As a Fallout fan, this is one of the best collision for Fortnite, for me at least. Can’t wait for what’s to come for this season.
Personally this new season makes me miss our last chapter. I’m obsessed with Greek mythology and absolutely loved it, the only thing that really disappointed me was the Posideon skin.

The only issue I see is that they took away from the br and really hung up on the "abilities/ult" that other games use (with the car mods and medallions) which takes away from what separatew fort from them. With valo, the finals, xdefiant, overwatch and such who already do this, this extreme isn't really serving anyone who's here (although mixing it up is fun)
Mid battle pass (peabody carrys), how ever the season is SICKKKKKK with the customisable cars, made it actually worth it to drive around
