- In the Pantry today, Tash guides you through a relaxing restorative session that targets the spine and hips to bring more comfort and ease into your whole being. You'll need just 1 bolster and 1 block for this practice (the block is completely optional)
As with any yoga session, modify to suit your needs wherever you can and add or subtract any moves you want to, to make it your own and allow yourself to fully relax.

I enjoyed relaxing today. I think all your class are great. I enjoy a yang/yin class. And a upper body/face yoga sequence would be lovely with some tapping. Thanks!
