- My map Sulphureous Sea was highlighted in Flood Escape 2! My dream of getting one of my maps in the game came true !! TYSM TO EVERYONE THAT SUPPORTED THE MAP! I really hope this can get permanent in the game, but since we're going against a crazy map, I doubt it. We can still stop this through the revolution.

i know crazyblox releases maps as highlights every week so the game doesnt die out but if we got crazy maps come at waves instead of mixing up with the other difficulties then itll all be sorted out
Yeah if he does something like a wave of 4 maps of the same difficulty every month then the bias would be removed and the best map of that month would show.
That is actually a really good solution to the problem.

i agree that it's really stupid that people think "difficult = fun" when that's obviously not the case. I was hella bummed when amphibious didn't get added. hopefully people realize what good maps are and not just pick the hardest one of the bunch

i think that snowy stronghold seems great out of preety much highlighted map but why did they keep trash silo instead of SF and AB?
to be fair... most players feel like difficulties below insane are just maps you'll "play once and maybe forget about it" and it's especially more common for easy and normal maps
most servers you'd join would be around the hard-crazy range all the time anyways
@@celestialcerulean Unfortunately so, but I think that's just indicative of FE2's lack of replayability outside 'difficult levels means you'll have to play longer'. I've talked about this with others before and we would love to have new forms of agility, variants to maps with chances of rare variants, new rescue locations, and some other stuff that could help bring the fun back to playing easier maps in FE2.

Other difficulties are Being Ignored like Easy, Normal, and Hard while People are Just enjoying the Harder Maps like Insane and Crazy difficulties. I would Say Sulphurous Sea should be added cause it Reminds me of How Amphibious Billow Should've been added instead of Decaying Silo, I Join the Revolution of Team Selmer but Idk Idk if this goes Against it but I do also want Ssh to be added, don't get mad at me. I think Sulphurous Sea and Snowy Stronghold should be Added.

Snowy Stronghold is good, but imo I like Shimmering Delta a lot more!

...the only problem is that even though it's an easy map, even after it would be added, how often would it be played?
I know Retro Coast was added in like, March? But even then how often do you see people playing it? It's more like one of those maps where "you just play once and forget about it for the entire round"

YOU’RE SO TRUE FOR THIS. I’VE ONLY RECENTLY GOT INTO THE PROS. I WORKED SO HARD FOR IT AND STILL AM TRYING TO LEARN HOW TO BEAT ALL CRAZIES. Bunch of pros told me if i suck why am i even on the pro servers?? Like they have HIGH standards not everyone is good and are still learning, they act like they never were a noob before.
That's the first problem to becoming pro at fe2..you bother to look at the chat,you need to focus on learning,if your server tell you to just leave then,leave and find a better server...or if you want to be chaotic,dont, say no,close chat, and focus on the map

definitely like the idea of the sulfurous sea being added to FE2, even though it DIDN'T get add for some odd reason. I feel like more calamity mod areas should be made as maps, an idea I had was the astral infection, would be pretty cool to see that as a map.

I really don't like the bias on crazy maps. I was so disappointed when Amphibious and Skywork Falls wasn't added 'cause both of them were more fun than DS imo, it's time we shine the light more on the other maps especially the maps below Crazy difficulty like Oil Outpost and Sulphurous Sea. Anyways congrats on your map getting highlighted! Well deserved!

It’s sad how normal and easy maps never get picked because most players will keep boosting just to get to crazy to play AVM or DS. I hope somehow that this issue is fixed and we can actually see why some easy maps are like. I’m for sure on your team. Also AB really should have stayed over DS, the only crazy I like is SSR but other than that none else really. SSH is a cool map it’s just Shimmering Delta and Oil Outpost or Sulphorus Sea. Difficulty does not mean a map is good or bad at all.

@@qoobied I don’t know if you have been here, but there has been a crazy map drought since the difficulty was even introduced, only now it’s been fixed. So don’t blame people for acting like they are starved of crazies.

Even though I was here for the addition of Decaying Silo (amphibious was cool don't get me wrong), you do have a point and people that go to chill servers should have more maps to play as well. Us pros shouldn't raise all the harder difficulties up forgetting that there are other people that just started the game, when they're looking at all the new maps begging for them to stay just for a peak crazy to take it's spot.

While I personally love crazy maps, I have to say when skywork fall, my favorite map of all time was removed, I was kind of bummed out. Both SF and AB were so much better than ds. Team semler on top

At the moment, I prefer crazy and insane maps cause they're hard to do and tricky to learn. Crazy+ I don't like cause the precision required is 100%. Hard med and easy are cool too though since they prepared me for the next difficulty.

Yeah, I'm on team Smelle- Semler basically I don't want crazy maps to be "the high kings" at this point I practice many crazy maps and most of them get added. It would be fair that other non-crazy map has a chance of being added instead Super hard Chaoz Japan new gamemode map just be added instead. I loved Amphibious Billow so much, but it got overvoted by decaying silo, so this is why I'm joining the team let's just hope that Sulphureous Sea or Oil Outpost wins.
