    I am using the 9800 pro when i select the atmos with bypass the crackling sound is there. If its PCM the sound is normal. So what is the problem here? Please help

    Hi, purchased zeb 4000, connected using hdmi arc, everything works fine. After turning off tv, (soundbar turns off as intended) but in few minute soundbar turns on, then off, this restart cycle goes on. Note that it happens only in tv sleep mode. What could be the issue

    I am using Tobo hdmi audio extractor, xiomi stick 4K as hdmi input, video output to borsso pro plus projector, audio output to zebronics 9750 pro Dolby Atmos soundbar. I am getting dolby surround through optical but not getting any sound though hdmi. How to get dolby Atmos please help.

    Hello , I purchased Zeb-Jukebar 9530 pro Dolby ,all connections are made exactly as mentioned. In my tv it shows as connected, but I’m not getting the audio output from the speaker. Via connecting through bluetooth it works with some delay , But via ARC it doesn’t.Does anyone else facing the same issue?

    I connected new Zebronics juke bar model 3800 to my SONY 55 Inch TV with HDMI cable attached to eARC/ARC port.When I paired sound bar to TV with its remote TV sound is not heard on sound bar.
    What settings to be done ?

      Dear Zebee, depending on your TV menu options, use the supplied remote to determine the device type that is connected to the HDMI ports:
      Press HOME → Select Settings → Channels & Inputs → HDMI Settings → Device List → Enable
      Press HOME → Select Settings → Watching TV → External inputs → BRAVIA Sync settings → BRAVIA Sync device list → Enable
      And you also need to configure the [Digital audio out] settings according to your audio system. Press the HOME button, then select [Settings] - [Display & Sound] - [Audio output] - [Digital audio out].
      If the audio system is not compatible with Dolby Digital or DTS, set [Settings] - [Display & Sound] - [Audio output] - [Digital audio out] to [PCM].

    I purchased this sound bar and there's lag in the audio output when I'm on HDMI mode the cable supports HDMI Arc 2.0.
