Raise the crane out of the hole with it's feet. That's what they are there fore Put gravel in the hole underneath the wheels, lower the crane again, and pull it backwards. You cannot pull it out of a hole like that.
I think that ground is a bit soft for that crane. If the crane could help, they might've done it, but from the look of that ground I think you need a tractor big enough to drag that crane like it is dead weight.
That is an impressive amount of stuck. Why not pull it back out the way it went in, then for for another try with the tractors helping and some momentum?

All these cranes city or AT are completely useless for off road driving . 6-7 tons per wheel , automatic gear box , and hydraulic suspensions are good for roads only. For mud sand -only old fashioned trucks . Tatra with ckd cranes , Saurer with gottwald or russian kraz/ural.

These 9 ton tractors don't stand much chance of moving a 55 ton crane stuck deep in mud. They would only have a slim chance on firm ground!
