This headset can't be paired with the BT600 adapter. The BT600 is Bluetooth, whereas this headset operates on DECT 6.0 technology.

The battery level sucks!! How can I remedy this?

Hi Joy, you can get a spare charger to allow a second battery to charge at all times. When one battery runs low, you’d swap it in for one with a full charge. Parts at the links below needed.

How good is this for true noise cancellation/crying babies in the background?

It will do okay but the noises will still be heard.

Most decent meeting software also has noise cancellation on top of the headset noise cancelling. Typically it’s turned off in Zoom and Teams by default but, you can find it in the settings. I make coffee and tea, including running water while on calls and have asked if anything is heard and always a “no, had no idea”. I once had a tornado warning while on a call and I pulled my car into the garage (with the sensors for the car beeping) and then got out, closed the door, closed garage door and nothing was heard.
While the headset offers decent noise cancellation, the software layer on top can do a much better job.
