The only way I know how to map Piccolo's power in that form is basing it off of what he said about the Gammas being on Goku and Vegeta's level. That being said, we later saw Orange Piccolo dumpster Gamma 2 with a single blow. It's not crazy to believe Piccolo could hold his own against Broly. What makes it hard to tell who's stronger is how bottomless Broly's power is.
Admittably im not a DB watcher outside of occasional manga retellings and whatnot (cant watch early dragonball bc i have epilepsi :() but I'd argue Broly could beat O-Piccolo in the long-run. There’s a health exploit when Turing into giant & reverting back & transforming again, bro is the only giant to detransform so he can just farm up health 😂 plus that super attack punch he has in giant form is frame one.

Definitely felt redeemed as a Gohan main and as someone who also tried the old Piccolos but none of them had the proper kits I was looking for. But this DLC felt like Christmas for Gohan and Piccolo fans.

That said, the strongest mortals in Universe 7 anime are Goku, Vegeta, Gohan, Piccolo, and Broly. Makes me kinda want another multiverse tournament but this time with 5 fighters instead of 10. I'm also pleased to see they didn't omit the TOP stage and even made it a mode so as to provide some cool what-if scenarios.
