To make the patties round & uniformed looking, perhaps u could use a yogurt lid with a sheet of cling film over it. Fill the keema up to the rim of the lid & flatten it. Then u just lift the whole cling film out & place the rounded pattie on to your hand & straight into the pan.

What brand of chicken tikka powder do u use?
I used Shan tikka Powder
