They will all have to go missing along with all the inhabitants they have. Most of the inhabitants will be mad about this and decide to live their own way, no matter what. And Octopus Cookie will remain as Abyss Monarch or will be dead, depending on the situation.

Also, Spoilers alert: In 5:55, Lobster cookie said he become sugarteara citizens AFTER his arm are broken but why exactly, when the nobles like he had use for them, but how his arm are broken is useful to them? also did lobster mentioned in previous chapter like his crystal claw is used because he protect the city and he see as a pride of him, so we assumed his arm are broken because one of the accident and replace with the sugar crystal one, and lobster said his arm is broken before he is one of the sugartearan, hm.......
