That soft coral is a Sinularia finger leather they are very easy to keep. I did have it in my tank and it grew the hole one side of my tank out . Didn't know about fraging then it wasn't a thing back in the day 😅
Hey March, your reef casa system. The light especially, how much par is it putting out in the video? I love the shimmer thats going on man! Also a few zoas in the casa tank.. i believe they might be blue eyed blonds? Cant really tell bit they look like they're somewhat doing the umbrella thing. You're the Zoa king so can you tell me why a zoa would umbrella?
Ironically I have a Red Sea reefer 250 G1 V3 that the front seal is about to bust, still in the claim process with Red Sea. Hopefully they take care of me. If not WaterBox it is.
I would love to see a Liferock, Macroalgea, softcoral tank. i think that this might be the easyest way to start the hobby and it is a permanently growing part/trend of/in our beautyfull hobby.
i love how much you get to appreciate the micro stuff in a small tank, i have a 5.5g with 3 corals a hermit and an urchin (along with a few small sponges, tiny red feather worms, a little copepod colony and other little hitchhikers) >
You can use those cuts of sponge just like a frag just pinch it into some rock where you like it dont use glue!!!! and dont take it out of water use a small cup ! Itll grow and they provide a substantial amount of surface for beneficial bacterias in a small place as well as the nutrient export that some other things cant remove
Heya march im sure youve heard it a million times but your tanks are absolutely beautiful if you guys start up another one day would you consider sponges tunicates and possibly macro algae kinda a little test box for learning the important filtering creatures that stabilize our oceans
All those poor people buying red sea systems at twice the price of other brands for no reason. Ohhhhhh boy. They replace the tank? Great. The many gallons of saltwater all over a floor and home is great on top of thousands of dollars of livestock dying. What a deal.
Tia is missed :(
What happened to tia?

The white one nice. Good idea to have all your reef case models on display.
What percent or par are you running there? Also have a 6 foot by 3 foot with 3 xr30s gen 6. Just curious.
