I've watched this when it first aired and to the end. Watching this now brings back a whole bunch of good memories. I remember walking home from elementary school with friends and there was a Ms Pacman arcade game in a convenience store. We went in there and played it. Now when I see Ms Pacman on Starcade, it brought back memories. The '80s was the best years in my life. I love the '80s. I want to go back.😊
probably the best of the shows that involved video gaming as a gameplay element (or at least, the one with the most video game elements in the gameplay)
Video Power was pretty good. I think I like it slightly more than Starcade because I was an NES fan. The only problem it has was that the hosts were annoying, but it's easy to over look that to watch the winners run through the mall and grab as many games as they can.
IMDB says this was Season 2, Episode 28 and aired in 1983. These kids were born around 1971 depending upon what time of year they were born so they would be about 53 years old now. I wonder what has gone on in each of their lives since then. Did they get married, have kids? Are they even still alive?
Yeah I wonder the same when I watch these old game shows…you can Google them of course and see if they pop-up. One of the more popular ex contestants is Sherri Pallas check out eps010. It is crazy what kind of childhood this kid was going through at the time!
Was the second player able to watch on a monitor what the first player was doing? It seems like in some games that could have been a huge advantage to see what you're able to achieve in the allotted time and/or what to avoid doing.

@Turneround4Real -- The show actually lasted for three years!
Cover the rest of the series and you'll see why it was the best for its entire run.
@@DLCOrganization I didn’t know that. I knew that Mark Richards hosted for one season and Geoff Edwards hosted after that. Thanks for the info
You're very welcome, @@turneround4real.
@@DLCOrganization Lol I know. It’s my phone. But I edited the reply on my last comment
"I know there's a joke there, but I'm not going to mess with it."

I want to hear from these kids now. They gotta be roughly 53.
