explanation for the non try to Mnichello is the absolute worst, watching in slo mo he decides that the minimal contact from Talanoa when Briscoe has a split second earlier knocked on distorts matters and is irrelevant, he wouldn't give that in normal play as an offence/penalty so cannot give it when a try is scored. He was looking for any tiny thing and was so confused he didn't know his arse from his elbow at times.
