Stitch it is best so you can wash the item. Stitch through the back of the bow so you can't see it at the back.

You can hot glue it or sew it on. If you look at my blog article at blog.treasurie.com/diy-hair-accessories/ you can see how I've sewn a clip to a flower. Just catch it in to the underneath. Gluing them to lined alligator clips look nice too. I have a video for that also . Thanks for watching.
