bluestacks is android based. u can reroll on bluestacks and connect the account to something like facebook or gmail. then u can log in on IOS. but if u were to log in on IOS, u might need to spend all your rubies since it doesnt transfer between OS's.

no it just means that u can reroll multiple different accounts at once. it is for saving time u dont get all 4
