They are literally grooming us, if we can’t spot this grooming technique right away, we need to start paying closer attention. We need to become more aware of patterns. A good way to start helping oneself to notice the patterns is, try keeping a headline journal, just any that catch your eye, date them and keep them in one place. You can even Google search and see when the first time it was released, they often put a report out, then 1-3 years later they’ll drop the article again, then a bit later 3-9 months (the pattern seems, anyway), the thing will happen or something similar. They couple that with gaslighting those who recognize the pattern when people point out that an article seems “groomy”, and when people point it out after the fact, the whole “I told you so-start paying attention” those posts get buried by the event and because everyone was subconsciously groomed for the event in the first place so everyone moves on from it and accepts it like it’s nothing. There’s my little rant + some advice, thanks MoH for keeping us up-to-date!

So she’s fighting cancer but well enough to swim in the cold up to 98ft? This makes no sense! I think their press person is on crack! If she does go for a swim in the dark I would think she would have security with her not taking their eyes off of her. And I’m sure they would send a very capable swimmer with her just in case. Here we all thought she just wanted private time with her family while battling cancer. But we all need to remember she loves a very dangerous sport that even William won’t do with her. She loves swimming in the dark in the ocean in frigid temps. and has been cleared to swim up to 98ft deep. So if she gets hypothermia while being overtaken by large waves it could be hard for rescue to find her in 98ft of water when it’s pitch black outside. Sounds like a plan to me.

Cold plunges were made popular by Rogan, but they were already a thing among athletes and active people. This is weird. I did hear the estates are big enough with private acerage and it's not uncommon for people in the higher places of society not to leave them for long periods of time even months. But this is odd how much she is out doing community events. Maybe she's turning in all her accrued vacation time lol. I do hope she's ok but something is up. We are a family of water babies. Some people are born naturally drawn to water. I've done that cold swimming, no thank you at my age now. My mom says I was swimming before I could walk. I was certified by red cross in swimming rescue. I do hope she's ok. It's concerning now.
