It gets so tricky sometimes playing against bots AND human players.
Only for starters they stack near your capital and then sometimes attacks elsewhere with that country [because it cannot take on your capital] gets so annoying but at the same can be the strategy... You kinda have to learn and guess the AI.

Central position with a couple bots is tricky, since you have to deal with the humans. So long as you take a lot of territory you can deal with bots breaking provided you can focus one of the humans, as you did blue. Vision and territory keep you ahead of the bots, you only give them 1s to hit and attack more when you can, card and pass otherwise. I think it would have been a mistake to focus on pink bot and defending bonuses and just make it easier for blue to hit you, so you did fine, looking for the bot kills and ramdingling blue's offcap troops. Well played. It is a different game with bots breaking bonuses.

I say keep doing your normal intro, you just need to add in the horn noise just before while you're doing the intro after

I feel like the readying up thing is kind of dumb. Put people in even if they don't ready, if they fully AFK their first turn then maybe kick them and replace with a bot. I'm relatively new to actually playing, so I joined a lobby that was 5/6 so it was instantly 6/6, and figured I'd go grab a drink whilst the host starts the game. Came back and I was back on the title screen. I was gone for 45 seconds at most, I wouldn't have missed my first turn, but because I wasn't there to click ready the entire game lost a player
Maybe that's on me for not knowing how the system works but I think a lot of new players will make that same mistake until they learn

I’ve tried to get into risk but as a fisherman I can only play rounds as we are running and I lose service or someone calls me my games always run over an hour
