Nice 👌. But, In mirchi bajji we will fill mirchi with azwain(vommu)+salt+little dry besan before dipped in the batter in Andhra Pradesh. In Telangana fill mirchi with tamarind paste+salt before going to dip in batter. Any way ,bajji means all varieties super 👌, mouth watering 😋. Tq

Dilli, near Shivaji Stadium, there used to be a pakora wala... He used to make these paneer pakoras that had green chutney as stuffing in middle. One awesome video. Million thanks 🙏🏻🌹😊

These big green chillies have thick skin ...they should be first half cook and then fry with coating of besan.... otherwise besan will cook first and chillies remain raw....nice recipes.
