As an aspiring animator/illustrator in this world of starving artists, this is the most inspirational video for me. I do not need motivational speeches. I just watch this again every time I feel down. Words cannot express how grateful I am to you for making this video. These animators are amazing.
you prolly dont care but does anybody know of a trick to get back into an Instagram account..? I somehow lost my account password. I would love any tricks you can give me
@Jamari George Thanks so much for your reply. I found the site on google and I'm trying it out now. I see it takes a while so I will get back to you later with my results.
I love web animators. Their style is so refreshing and always demands your attention. the experimental effects and background animation they deliver is always a welcome sight to me !
I think this is the most inspirational video for new web animators. So many must have started with this, that when they look back at when they first started animating they'll remember this video for sure.
that's a nice video but surely not a good sakuga one. A lot of the animations are cut down for the music and composition, it's not a down for the overall music clip or for inspiring people on this path but not for showing up the entire work of an animator that it represents or for studying them. I'm not saying it for being picky or shame the video, but for making a more clear view of what is a sakuga compilation.
tobanga banga I don't think he was. I checked to make sure but that work was definitely Yamashita and Kutsuna. I don't think Fujisawa was involved with birdy as far as I'm aware.
What do you think about the new animation of the dragonball super 2018 movie? Excellent video and I would like some of those animators to participate in the dragonball super franchise since now it finally accommodates a very good style. What do you think of Tatsuya nagime, naohiro shintani
Pretty darn awesome Now it's 4:00AM in the morning & I'm darn tire but it's still pretty darn awesome. Thkssss Still pretty darn awesome. Thksss I'm back for my fix. Thksss Yeaps, I'm addicted.
Ken-chan I was surprised to learn that too but I think he might do a combination of both. From his Twitter I've definitely seen him use both but his story of how he got into the industry isn't too dissimilar to Bahi's.
Exactly @NanoBlade is right. Photoshop CC and Clip Studio Paint can be perfect for the job. Even Procreate or Sketchbook Pro can be used for animating I've seen people use those Ipad apps for drawing the line art and then they would animate the frames on Photoshop or Flash/Animate. Becoming a Webgen animator nowadays is easier then ever and by "ever" I mean even for Webgen animators who came up 5 or 10 years ago. While many people might convince you that you need the craziest specs for your equipment many professionals or semi-professional people will say that even something as the Ipad pro/surface pro tablets with their respective stylus will definitely do the job. The real challenge is mastering light sources and perspective and memorizing the anatomy plus learning to mimic different textures and surfaces with your line work combining those with good knowledge of motion and 3 dimensional shapes will definitely make you the perfect animator.
Elias Kechter did you watch this just to say that?... what do you mean anime dont usually apply this type of animation you can see this type of animation in many popular anime like mob psycho, one punch man, one piece, naruto and so much more. If u think animation is good because the drawings are consistent every frame well your very much wrong. I was having a good day but then this?! -_-
@@ipotatosenpai7002 every dragonball fan is like that. They really don't know what sakuga is. I mean all i can see in dragonball super is repetitive movements. There's nothing special about it. None at all.

i will treasure this MAD forever
eres un excelente animador y yo atesoro tur trabajos : D
this is extremely encouraging to see! you dont need a “traditional” path to do great things!
its just tools at the end of the day. not big deal
Yeah I heard an 19 year old manga artist won a competition with a phone drawn manga. It depends how good you are at the very rnd
Jordan Tai don’t understand what you mean by traditional methods lol. Many Japanese animators go straight from high school to animating.
2:52 what an epic moment!
He's a huge nature fan(the animator)
Dear Lord this guys are amazing
Nice to see critically acclaimed and mainstream anime here in an industry that resists change
I think this is the most inspirational video for new web animators. So many must have started with this, that when they look back at when they first started animating they'll remember this video for sure.
This is the best sakuga compilation i've found yet.
True
You havent visited the channel "Hobbes Sakuga" yet.

great compilation again. i thought that ken'ichi fujisawa was the one behind the birdy stuff from 0:25 and 0:36
tobanga banga I don't think he was. I checked to make sure but that work was definitely Yamashita and Kutsuna. I don't think Fujisawa was involved with birdy as far as I'm aware.

모르는 애니메이션들이 꽤 있네
Wath name of software you use
Sei que animação fluida é boa, mas essa DOI os olhos de tantos efeitos visuais
2:30 wait wait wait chengxi huang does not make animations in traditional DD:
Ken-chan I was surprised to learn that too but I think he might do a combination of both. From his Twitter I've definitely seen him use both but his story of how he got into the industry isn't too dissimilar to Bahi's.
yeah, he draw in computer the "infamous" naruto x hinata scene
What do web animators use to animate their clips tho
1:45
3:15
fuck me sideways the animation is great nut thaT MONTAGE
Why does this vid looks extremely confusing and overwhelming to look at?
Webgen animators mostly focused on overhelming and fast paced action scenes. Such as complex lighty effects which is in these video
Apple with Sword i'm actually talking about this Vid's editing tho. It felt a bit overwhelming
The only thing that made me love Anime is THE ANIMATION.
what programs do you think these guys use? Need some help!
almost everyone uses flash!
Yeah but flash/animate cc can be easily replaced with other things, as long as they have drawing tools and a FBF system.

TV paint is a good software easy to use
Birdy's loud ass shoes need to go home
中村豊さんがいない…
looks too wonky and unpolished this style to me not a fan of it really ruins the experience in anime that usually dont apply that style
