As survivor it takes 10 sec max and as a killer most of the time a minute or 2
It's like you're using this video as an example of how bad the matchmaking is, when this is the PTB. The PTB always has terrible matchmaking. For me, Killer is instant, and Survivor, based on the time of day, usually takes around 2-5 minutes to queue up. However, earlier in the day, finding Survivor lobbies are instant.
