but, are the two decimal rounded values to be used only?
because, by the end of 120, 240 or 300 instalment, small but significant divergence can happen, depending whether rounded values were used in calculation

@@RonaldMoy Thank you for the reply. If i have to amortise a bond with the effective rate method, could i adapt this procedure to the calculation? i.e., calculating for each year interest payment, interest expense , amortisation of discount/premium , principal repayment and end balance. thanks
