Kite Festival 2024

🌟🎉 What a spectacular day at the YMCA of Pamunugama’s Kite Festival on September 14, 2024! Held at Kepungoda Beach, this colorful event marked our 50th Anniversary with over 100 kites soaring high. Local villagers, YMCA children, and students from the Makalause Dream School all joined in the fun. 🏆 The top three kites won cash prizes and certificates, judged by officers from Dungalpitiya Police Station. With vibrant kites and festive cheer, this annual tradition, celebrated five times over the years, was a huge success!
