This "Sansa-Odori dance" is a traditional festival performance in Iwate prefecture, which is located in north of Japan main island. Rikuzen-takada is one of the city in Iwate and worst-affecte area by 2011 earthquake and Tsunami. This festival called "Morioka Sansa Odori Festival" is held at Morioka-shi of Iwate Prefecture in Japan.
