- Building decks can be tricky and there is no magic solution to making new brews. Today I want to walk through the process that I use to build new decks using both top-down and bottoms-up deckbuilding methods. If you're having trouble getting some cards together or are just looking for a new approach, pull up a chair, have a seat at the table, and let's talk games.

I'm also an idiot
Rock on!
Me 2
As an idiot myself, for your bloomy example, as I was building my version with a similar goal of no infinity frog, I found out you can filter edhrec in ways to include things like only show decks without gitrog, below total price of whatever, etc
Oh absolutely. I’ve gone a pretty different direction from most I’ve seen using second sunrise style effects and mass land destruction. Only the fairest of cards.
I feels less idiot already rs (ps: ithought the most important part is to have a win condition, what i normaly don´t have)
Ah yes “winconless bant doin’ stuff” is an old favorite of mine.
Hell yeah dude, this is so helpful.
Glad it helped! Can I ask what you're building?
@@TheFirstJake Building a Yennett, Cryptic Sovereign deck around shoving in every "you can look at the top card of your library at any time" card as possible. You're tip about setting aside high cmc stuff is really useful!
As a new idiot deck builder, thank you for this video
Us idiots have to stick together!
Im a green Timmy player 😅
I'm a reformed green Timmy player. I'm a green Johnny player now!
@TheFirstJake I tried the Johnny thing , nothing makes me more happy than playing big stuff, I feel like we're people go wrong with deck building is that they try to add the wrong stuff when building a Timmy deck 😅 .
