Great job on this video. I was a little surprise about some of the unhealthy entries that came up. I will still eat a few of these things that was mentioned like Tuna and Beer, while still do my best in maintaining my health.
I know some people won’t believe this but I am proud to say that I have never eaten almost everything on this list! Except Crème brûlée. I grew up with both sides of my family, who emigrated from Europe before WW2. Processed food was never heard of. We all had large gardens and went to the butcher even for sausages made by hand with no preservative. I never had a sweet tooth so sugar and candy weren’t available. I freak out knowing that people eat the foods on this list. Where did they miss the mark?? Glad to be healthy and alive at over 60!
Manachino Cherries are best if you drain and save the juice out of the jar, fill the jar with grain alcohol found at a liquor store for 24hrs then drained, add the cherry juice back into the jar and refrigerate a week before your next gathering, just don't let the kids have any cherry bombs.
I'm going on 5 years whole foods. I did some research last month and had some fettuccine alfredo and garlic bread, Holy Smoke I did not feel good😵💫 Then I tried a peanut butter and jelly sandwich🔔 and got hooked all over again😛. Thank You for the video. excellent work
I'm WELL aware at how bad these things are for your overall health, and I try to stay away as much as possible from them, but it's just SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO hard to do nowadays since they are all LITERALLY everywhere you look. I've eaten most of these and now feel guilty doing so after watching this video (although I must say I try to stay away from deep-fried food as much as possible, but even that's not easy to do because it tastes so good!)

MY mac & cheese is even worse. When I make Kraft mac & cheese, I use two boxes of Kraft mac & cheese. I use the macaroni from only one box. Once the macaroni is cooked, I add BOTH packets of the cheese powder from the two boxes to make my mac & cheese super cheesy. I bump up the milk and butter slightly, so all that cheese powder becomes nice and melted. Super cheesy... lots of sodium... lots of artificial colors... very unhealthy... but very tasty.
You wouldn't want to eat my canned baked beans then, I add extra molasses, brown sugar, mustard, onions and diced garlic. Canned just nexer has good flavor out of the can.

Sausages are technically pork, so there is no need to mention them. The same goes for beer under the category of alcohol.
