You have probably noticed that the classification system I use if from Salim and Jurkovic (2003) - I believe that despite all the latest systems and consensus statements, this system is the simplest and most reproducible (and doesn't overcall 'septate' with potential consequences..) Sorry I missed this - many people regard an arcuate uterus as a variation of normal and in most people it doesn't affect fertility. When it is a very deeply arcuate, it is similar to a subseptate uterus, and in this case there could be some difficulties. Your gynaecologist will be able to advise you. Best wishes
