I don't even know who that group is. Only know that they're the ones who did the remix. I'm guessing they just contacted the label and asked permission to remix the song.
It's the DV & LM remix. It features on the bonus edition of LEVEL3 which was released worldwide. DV & LM are Belgian producers and DJ's. I imagine Perfume's team reached out to them given their previous work and to give LEVEL3 some Euro / International appeal for it's worldwide release in time for World tour 3rd.

かわいいPerfumeも好きだけどさ、こうやってバキバキのテクノにのせてキレキレに踊れるPerfumeをもっとみんなに見て欲しいし、中田ヤスタカさんのサウンドはかっこいい路線のやつの方が魅力がある。
可愛いの要素は3人のビジュアルだけで成り立ってるから、曲調はエレクトロワールド等のかっこいい感じが絶妙に調和すると思う
