This has happened to me. My partner of 21 years is beyond a doubt a twin soul connection. The woman I described above, is from the same Higher/Expanded self that my partner is from. I met her a few years ago, and I've never felt such strong and instant familiarity (and super intense attraction) with any person before or since. Turns out not only do we have a twin soul connection, but we are also cases of two direct, reincarnated souls who shared an extremely close/merged lifetime. When a Higher/Expanded self creates a Soul from within itself, that Soul does have the choice/option to directly reincarnate again if it wants to, but many don't choose that anytime soon because of how difficult human lives tend to be. Cancer is the middle wateriest sign, Sag could actually be the wateriest even though it's not considered one in astrology. I haven't determined yet if Scorp or Sag is the most, they seem tied. Sag are living romantics from what I find and do not find it fun to wallow. For a cancer, you would have to trust and just go for the ride because a Sag aint stoppin.
