Aur bhai fitness k kuch tips bta do, I know it requires strong legs and shoulders, what else should I focus on my pre-training?

You won’t be going back from dirang… it would be from Sepa… n instructors will help you with your commute… Basic fitness will do… In p1 you will need more of strength, thn afterwards everything will depend on technique…

At which height you were launched in p3 course? I heard in billing launch height is around 8000 feet. Which place do you recommend nimas or bir billing? If bir billing,suggest me the best school at that place. Thank you in advance
I dont know the exact height but the flight time was about 10 minutes… NIMAS or bir both are good places to learn… BIR is expensive as accommodation and food is not included in course but flight time is more in bir than NIMAS… but in nimas u dive into the experience of tents and hostel life… In bir u can go to any school whichever suits you the best when on landing site everyone will help you in bir too…
Take a flight to guwahati, than there are buses and traveller to Dirang… Traveller timing are early morning before 7 and bus will be available till 11 in the morning…
We had 3 kind of schedule basically morning 5 6 hours physical training n in afternoon after lunch theory class… 3 schedule was different for 3 location we trained at… more or less it was same
