Yummy 😋 My favorite Opus X very pretty Cigar. Thank you for your reviews as always! Happy Thanksgiving 🍁🦃
Thank you brother man, Happy Thanksgiving to you as well!
Great review as always, love how you lay out the flavor profile as well as the pairing recommendation at the end.
Thank you, appreciate the kind words and the support always 🙏🏻
Hey brother Master Michael! Thanks for sharing! It sounds like a nice blend with lots of flavours! Especially at that price! 😂 Kudos to the brother for sending it over! Take care my friend!
Thanks brother man, Roger is the man for sharing this one with the community for sure!
Sounds delicious and like one of the better OpusX cigars. Always enjoy your reviews man!
Thank you my friend, appreciate the support 🙏🏻
Great review, It’s an awesome cigar. Happy thanksgiving!
Thank you and Happy Thanksgiving my friend!
Awesome as always! I have yet to try an OpusX. Thanks for the great content 🙌
When you finally get to one it can be a game changer for sure, thank you for the support!
Awesome, glad you liked it Mike!
I gotta try that TAA opus shark.
The TAA is the toast across America, right?
If so, then I think I have one of those 🤔
Definitely looking forward to trying that one out now.
Great review Michael 👍🏼
Yes sir, it’s my current favorite next to this one you sent. Thank you once again for the generosity! 🙏🏻
@@MasterYourAsh of course, no problem Mike!
I’m happy to do it 👍🏼
I’ve smoked this in the Father and Son vitola (with my son, at his wedding.) It reminded me of the Ashton ESG. Very enjoyable, but as with most Opus X, overpriced. Thanks for the great content, brother.
Absolutely brother, it’s one part that i slightly edited because the TAA Shark I spoke about was just like the OG Opus, always supposed to be at MSRP, things change and we just have to take the wins whenever we find them I guess.
What a great review. Keep up the amazing work.
Thank you 🙏🏻🙏🏻
Great review! I was able to acquire a box of these last night. I typically go for a stronger full bodied cigar, but so far I'm finding this one to be outstanding.
That’s awesome, they are pretty amazing smokes for sure!
Great review. I've had 2 Gods Whispers and a Father and Son sitting in my humidor for a while. This made me want to find a reason to try one! Thanks man!
Absolutely, gotta light one of those up soon my friend!
Reviewed it tonight and put it on IG. Resisted the urge to watch your vid again before smoking. Didn't want to be influenced. Lol. Watching again after smoking it, I found some similar notes, some different. Different palates are interesting.
love the videos, I see you testing all of the cigars with the humidity test is there a number that you would not smoke or what would your target be when testing the cigar? Thanks for the videos.
If the cigar is too humid I tend to let it sit for an extra few days. I like the range to be below 65 rh and above 55 rh. I smoke outside in Vegas which has little to no humidity and find that is my preferred range.
Thanks 👍
Thanks brother man!
Looking for some advice on humidors.
I’ve been looking at the fridge type humidors and the Daniel Marshall’s etc etc.
I’ve always used Tupperware with cedar trays to store my cigars. Throw a few boveda packs in and that’s it.
I do still love the traditional type humidors but most of them have mixed reviews.
The Daniel Marshall humidors have great reviews but one thing that turns me off is the overboard “Daniel Marshall” on everything on the humidors. It’s on the key and on the lock…it’s on the humidity box thing. It’s on the lid on the humidor.
The guy is a bit in love with himself….lol
What do you recommend for upgrading from my usual tuppadors.
Tuppadors and Igloo coolers are my usual go to as well, they just have the best amount of space and seal. My old boss had one made from Aristocrat that was amazing, loved that humidor. Cigar Hound Dog has a great video I’ll try and find on a really cool looking tabletop (I think the company makes all kinds) but he said the quality was nice and it’s more lo-key on the branding from what I remember. Say them at PCA this year and they have great looking products with solid quality.
@@MasterYourAsh thanks bud.
I don’t mind my tuppadors at all but I would like something nice to look at…lol
However, around $600 for a Daniel Marshall humidor vs $600 worth of cigars….mmmmm, I’m kinda swaying toward $600 bucks worth of cigars 😅
That is always the case my friend, always lol
@@Aaron83W This is the video by Hound Dog, Case Elegance, for a glass top, really solid and I think it looks cool.

Awesome!! Happy Thanksgiving!
Thank you! Happy Thanksgiving!
Love that cigar, great cigar great channel, keep it smokey brother
Thanks brother, appreciate the support!
Nobody admits they pay $80 or $90 for this cigar as a rare cigar. But that’s the prices. The cigar size he’s smoking sells for $103 online. They are released in May for Father’s Day and November for Christmas. MSRP says $22 but expect to pay $80 or $100 for this one
I would definitely suggest not spending that for any cigar.
@@MasterYourAsh that’s funny cause if you go to Grand Canyon they can sell waters for $20 each over nobody has it around. That’s business. Instead of spending $30 or $40 when nobody has it, it sells easy for $80 or $90 in business. Everyone is buying a feeling to own something, even if they may not smoke it. Which I always do anyway 🥂
@@MasterYourAshpersonally, I buy $50 or $60 all the time and smoke them camping at my goldmines. I also like Ashton VSG, My father the judge and Davidoff late hours. But normally I smoke cigars that cost $30 or more
😎👌
🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
That cigar lacks flavor, bland, no transitions. The burn line is the worst, always needs retouching. AF needs to do better for a cigar that commands that much attention, and price. All the AF fans will say, oh it's refined and amazing. Not in my opinion. For that price and effort to buy a cigar, just get a 858, 10 tines more flavors and transitions in flavors.
That's a fair assessment and for the MSRP and the attention it should be consistent in the Opus Anniversary editions the way it is consistent on the 858's.
I must have a totally different cigar. I do cut both the head and the foot on this to take the edge off the taper but it smokes like a dream and when you get halfway through develops a fair bit of strength
🙏🏻
Good on you for using a V cut… I’m surprised how many cigar reviewers chop off the entire head of a torpedo with a strait cutter.. great review
For the last 20+ years it’s the preferred way I like to rock out. 🙏🏻🙏🏻Thank you for the support!
