- Any morning that I don't have to wake up at 4AM for a run is a magical one! 💖 This day, I was able to sleep in a little, and enjoy a slow morning. I did my skincare and makeup routine, enjoyed a delicious breakfast, squeezed in a little painting, and even had time to set the table to have friends over for lunch. 😊 Enjoy! 💋 - LM

Let me start by saying that you do what works for you 😉 but on the point of view of a derma- during hot humid days in the Philippines, it is important to remove scalp oil by shampooing daily, as oil becomes rancid (panis) when exposed to air (by oxidation), creating an unwanted scent; as for those with dandruff, the excess oil contributes to producing more flakes. The oil that you produce within the day is enough to provide "moisture" and "lustre" to hair; to postpone one's shampoo for another day would be too much than you need for hair and scalp health. Just my medical opinion, as it's my responsibility to promote public health. Peace and much love to all netizens✌🏼💖
I am Love You are so true!👌 It’s not recommended for everyone specially those who are always exposed to the sun or heat. Imagine all the pollution and sweaty head whole day yet still doesn’t wash your hair.. I believe Heart E. is not expose to that level of heat and pollution that she really need to wash it everyday. Perhaps when working then off course. Same thing with myself but I live in Melbourne so it’s a different routine only in summer and when I’m out and about. Kids NEED to wash everyday!😂 Grown ups? Well, you know when it’s needed.😄🤗
