How important is USCE for a US IMG who wants FM? Am i screwed without it?

USCE is very important for IMGs. US LORs have the most weight. You can match without it, but it is much more difficult. Match could be possible if you have strong step scores, are recent grad and/or have strong home country experiences/residency. Try to at least get Telerotations if you can't travel. US LORs are highly recommended and have more weight than home country LORs. However, many IMGs will use 1 or 2 LORs from their home country. Set up time with us to learn more!
