You could tell it's a very rich town, just look at those sidewalks and infrastructure planning, maybe the town is no longer in its prime, but it's still lovely, i love English architecture and that town hall is gorgeous
yip, that's the UK for you! I live in London and we same issue with rubbish. It got there because people don't care about their environment. PArents drop rubbish and that teaches their kids to do exactly the same. We have people emptying rubbish out of their cars and just driving off. Add that to the poor homeless people on the streets begging. It all drives me nuts! PS: did you notice the increase in potholes?
I don't understand why there is so much garbage in this city and why the city authorities don't worry about it at all. After all, keeping clean is not as difficult and expensive as building or repairing houses and making roads. It is elementary, you only need a desire. But in general it is a good provincial city that lacks a little cleanliness. I liked that there are no wires all over the city, from one lamppost to another, from one roof to another, etc., as we have in Russia

Absolutely lovely looking town. It is accessible, has beautiful architecture, old charm. I dont know how safe it is. But its something I'd be eager to visit and exlplore.

What you have shown us is so symbolic of Britain’s decline. Any kind of pride, be it patriotic, personal or civic has been skilfully engineered out of our people. Imagine what it’s gonna be like in 10, 20, 30 years time. Breaks my heart to see this once beautiful country destroyed. Our leaders are solely to blame!
I've been to Eastbourne in 2007 I think, and I've heard that elderly people prefer this town for their retirement and because of this it's population is aging. But still it's a very nice town
