Look good! White mac'n cheese is my FAVORITE! Let me give you my mornay sauce easy to make and EASY TO REMEMBER ! 1 TBS BUTTER , 1 TBS FLOUR , 1 CUP OF MILK , A PINCH OF NUTMEG , 1/4 tsp WHITE PEPPER AND 1/4 tsp salt or more to taste....AND ONE CUP OF SWISS CHEESE OR WATERVER YOU LOVE. It's simple, it's 4 X 1/1/1/1 never failed and always perfect....perfect balance.....make about 2 cup of sauce....some put egg yok but not necessarily, I don't put any.....

Upon looking for truffle Mac and cheese recipes. I stumbled upon this channel. Your food looks awesome. Did you use the body build or lift weights? You look pretty jacked & when im training hard i eat a ton of food. My whole life I've loved Mac and cheese and since I discovered truffle. I am all about it.
