The Mega Food Park at Pallippuram, Cherthala focuses on the sea food processing sector. The park has been set up in 84 acres of land ,with grant assistance from Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MOFPI), Govt. of India under the Mega Food Park Scheme. The park has facilities like ETP, De-boning, Deep freezer, Cols Storage etc It houses units predominantly in sectors like Sea food & other food processing as well as Packing units
