प्लानिंग है, फूल प्रूफ।फोरेंसिक जांच में केस साबित होना तय है।फांसी तय है।तो केस को लोअर कोर्ट में 7 से 14 साल घसीटो।सजा हो ही जाए तो अपील में जाओ।वहां तर्क दो कि उम्र कैद तो काट ही चुका।जमानत दो।फिर 6,7 साल मुकदमा।हार गए तो सुप्रीम कोर्ट।फिर वही तर्क। समय बिता कर total damage ka impact kam करना।

There is a time limit fixed for the judgment of the particular case which is to be declared in the court. Unlimited endless period of the cases not allowed in the judicial process for the fair judgment. We have a fundamental right to find proper and fair judgment in the constitution .
Are you trying to create doubts about the the narrative in this video, & why? Obviously, there seem to be some loopholes in the rules quoted by you, which, unscrupulous lawyers use, to delay the cases beyond the time limit. Otherwise, thre won't be thousands of such cases pending in various courts, beyond the 'time limit ' which you vouch by! It does not seem possible that, a person who knows so much detail about court procedures, is not aware of the fact of pendancy of thousands of cases beyond 'time limit'!
