- BUT their order MAY be different from what i showed.
- So if you don't see the one i showed, just take the next first.

BTW you don't have to tp away, if you talk to the medal guy, it also reset the map, so you can skip a loading screen

Is the sage located in The area or on 6th street

Interact with mewmew and it will reset the npc, also work with entering coff cafe, newstand, etc in lumina square

Maybe some other events are occuping that place and preventing her to spawn?
Try to look around that place

I do all the mission of the cat but doesn't spawn or is bugged because i think i get them all, or if not it don't qppear to me 😐

You can give them to the Sage in a Barrel to get some rewards
