What makes the footing and foundation wall disappear when i try to place an exterior wall on top of it? I have shorter knee walls in my walkout but I cant illustrate the framing on top of it without it changing the type of wall completely.

Great video please what version of chief architect is this?
The only reason why I am not buying your program is because you don't have an option for pile/stilt foundations. I live in a coastal town where houses are build on piles/ stilts. If you can bring that option into chief architect, you will definately have another customer.

@@ChiefArchitect thank you for your reply. That's going to take too long. When I sit with a client I don't have time to edit defaults back and forth. It would look unprofessional.
