The question is what is that "scripture" that was refered to there? Because what Paul wrote were letters to different communities the way you can write a letter to a certain church . It wasn't scripture. It is the elite that Kariithi is talking about that compiled this current collection of books to fit their agenda of making people stop following The Creator's laws which are the actual scripture. The law is the only thing that can correct us, reproof and all those things that are written in that letter to Timothy.

That verse says " whosoever believeth in Yeshua shall not perish" we should first understand who Yeshua is ...not just the FORM that He took while here on earth. Originally He was the Word of The Creator that BECAME flesh so that He dwells among us. So we need to then find out, what is the Word of The Creator? We realize that it's the Torah and prophecies(what people call old testament) So if we understand that, then John 3:16 will say whosever believeth (believing here is a doing thing, not a feeling) in The Word of the Most High shall not perish.
