First things first, it is an absolute f**king crazy bulls**t. Our hair, all type and heritage or part of the world doesn’t matter, changes with hormones, aging and dying. We could consider bad habits like junk food, alcohol or doing substances yeah. But, believe it or not, it wouldn’t change hair type. It has temporary effects like hair loss or let becoming it oily/dry for that period. Same thing with products you will use; it won’t change your hair structure, AT ALL, it’s just temporary when you use that. If you use another different product will have another effect, based on the original hair type and combined with your diet. But it’s a plus. Hair type is ONLY determined by DNA and its related process. Nothing else. Dying your hair could also damage permanently your hair type, especially if you do it constantly and with heavy chemical products. In that case, you could even take appropriate medicine to heal that.
Silky is not nice you are extracting the natural oil from the hair of the infant my mother used sunsilk shampoo and johnsons in the childhood now my hair is damaged.., I am recovering coz I know now that those chemicals damaged my hair and made em thin
I hope you know silk and shiny can mean silicone. Some shampoos add silicone in their products to make you think your hair is visibly clean

You need to rinse and repeat.
If you don’t get lots of lather and bubbles, don’t just keep adding more shampoo.
Rinse your hair, and then shampoo with a small amount again.
If your not getting bubbles, it’s not clean.
Just like doing dishes. Grease/oil, kills the bubbles.
Also- baby shampoo has the same PH as your eyes. That’s why it doesn’t hurt babies eyes. Regular shampoo has a different PH to match hair.

I don’t think it’s meant to fully clean your hair, I have very curly hair and i wash it on sundays with a clarifying shampoo and if it’s hot that week (that is a lot Memphis) I will wash with baby shampoo to get that sweaty oil layer off

Works for me, even the normal yellow Johnson's shampoo. My hair isn't too damaged or too frizzy, it's on a medium level. Shampoo doesn't lather much coz it has oils in it, so it's really good!

I been using this for years! I thought it was normal. I use it because it's less harsh on my scalp as I have eczema. I'm glad others are having great results!!

@@vickydaysviajesaventurasymas hi. I don't really use anything that's harsh so I stick to baby stuff. Anything vegan is pretty good, like the body shop. It can be expensive but people with exczma usually don't over wash anyways. I always moisturise and anything to do with acne it's best to speak to the doctors as they can prescribe you with the correct treatment so it prevents flareups that a over the counter might do. Unfortunately for my case retinol and salicylic acid are too harsh for even even though it works wonders for many. I had to get medication prescribed.
It's always best to be gentle.
Moisturiser such as E45 Is very good.

I have used this shampoo since l was born in Ireland it’s really popular and basically every baby l know is on this shampoo and conditioner cream and body wash and it smells really good but it’s made for sensitive baby’s so you have to use like a half bottle to properly wash it but l have been using it for so long it’s literally my go two the only brand l use lol

Baby shampoo removes all residues from product build up. People that use dry shampoo a lot loose the shine because it coats the hair. So it’s good to use a clarifying shampoo or baby shampoo at least once a week.

No it does not. Baby shampoo will not remove all residue from product build up. Claryfing shampoo and baby shampoo are not the same thing. Claryfing shampoo is way stronger since it contains sulfates, so if you want to get rid of product build up, you should use that one.

THIS. i’m filipina, and that brand johnsons is very well-known here in the philippines because of it’s fantastic shampoo, lotion & baby powder. believe it or not, since i was js a newborn i’ve been using johnsons shampoo up until i was 12. (it should be used on children 1-8) and my hair was amazing until that age, it was so silky and smooth even after waking up it still had that mermaid hair effect. but when i was 13, my hair started to change and got so brittle. it stopped being used to the shampoo because my hair was already “too old” to use johnsons lol

baby shampoo may make your hair soft but it doesn’t clean your hair. thats why its made for baby’s because their hair doesn’t get greasy, but you can use it as long as you wash it with something else too🙃

You can try other gentle shampoos for adults. Try Petal Fresh Tea Tree it your hair is oily but you also want to use a gentle shampoo.
use liquid dish soap for first wash, then the baby shampoo for 2nd wash then a tiny bit of conditioner. works great. @@lavender_me

@@sabrinajoyce9540 i dont know whats a hot oil treatment, sorry! but what i do is around every 2 weeks, i shampoo my hair really well, and do all the basic steps so that when my hair is completely dry, its very frizzy and puffy. then, i js apply the oil really well in my scalp and in all the hair itself. the whole process takes like 20 minutes for me to do it well! and after that i dont apply oil like that, when my hair feels dry and i cant comb it well, i js apply oil on my scalp and just lightly massage it, not fully or else ill be late to school lol
