Very good videos. GOD bless you and Carol. I am from Malaysia. The general misconception of Brazil is the Amazon, football, slums and gangs. You two showed that Brazil is also all about nature, friendly people, rich culture and a developed country. Viva Brazil.
Beautiful!!! Hope to visit one day. As an African-American this is very interesting to me. Thank you for the video. I can see myself in Salvador Bahia Brazil 🇧🇷 in the future.
You need to know Chapada Diamantina in Bahia, cities of Lençois, Mucugê, Vale do Capão and Vale do Pati. Beautiful region with waterfalls, mountains, caves, historic cities from the time of diamond extraction and exoteric. One of the most beautiful places in Brazil. In Bahia, visit Morro São Paulo, beautiful and beautiful walks. Don't miss Porto Seguro, where Brazil was discovered, beautiful beaches and lots of axé.
Absolutely loved this video. I find Salvador very appealing. Thank you for showcasing Brazil. From boyhood, Brazil has always had a powerful draw for me. Although I have visited 64 countries and territories worldwide, I am yet to visit Brazil. Cheers, Roger
Unfortunetely, tourists in this citie don't relax. It's beautiful, but I got very stressed there. When I arrived at airport I relaxed. It's the worst citiy in Brazil.
Thanks Chris for giving your viewers very useful information of Salvador city and show us their culture and values. You are doing very good job keep it up.
Guys, I am really impressed with Brazil, it's really beautiful and quite cheap the travel. There is such a lot to see. I think you did well to choose your home base to travel through.

Oh man wellcome to my state of salvador. One state full of happy people, capoeira, good beaches, good food and many things to know. Culture and capital from the music. Thank you for coming and good fun.
Very enjoyable video! Got confused seeing that sunset over the water- then I google mapped your location to see how that was possible. Thanks for the local geography lesson. Take care!
If Belem is in your travel plans the coastal areas like Mosqueiro are amazing. You would make some awesome videos. When I was in Belem...I didn't have the time. I had to traveel south to return to Rio. 1:42 -> I was there! ...the 'elevator' behind you....on your left about 5 minutes walk is a museum[16:58] with a good cafe'. This area was packed with people because the weather was good. 7:23 -> The plaza area that got crowded and lively on Fridays and Saturday nights. I stayed at a hostel about 5 minutes walk from the plaza.
What Brazilians call "dende oil" is commonly known as "palm oil" in West Africa and is used in stews and sauces. This is a the second program of yours that I've seen. It answered some questions. Like " how does he understand Portuguese so well?" Seems all of Brazil's cities are pretty modern. The country is definitely on the "up and up". Thank you.
Love your videos, they are honest and full of usefull information! In one of your videos you mentioned an airbnb doscout code but I cannot find it. Can you post this again please? Thanks
Salvador Beautiful old City. Very Historical. If you think that vendor is intense. Watch some videos on you tube of Cartagena Beach Columbia . The vendors on the beach are crazy.
So vibrant and beautiful. I'm glad you made it to the beach. Did you have to pay to sit in the beach chairs ?Or just for the drinks? The food looked plentiful and inexpensive .
@@luismarques9280 I know that of course! I was speaking about this strong link between both countries. I live in Portugal and I have been in Salvador, 6-7 years ago.
