(right now the 300cc gts ss version costs 7k) and 10k for a 125 cc vespa? really??? dont get me wrong i LOVE the style and that its hand made,, BUT 10k?

You should be able to take the US-spec ones (155cc) on the freeway and there is a kit which will get it to go even faster

Yes you can. The early ones can accomodate two-up whilst the latter one can do so as well with a seat add-on (which comes included when you buy one)
