Excellent videos pleased your here I've just signed up for a plot today and I'm an absolute beginner . So looking forward to learning my way and your videos will help immensely 👍

I'm happy to see that your tomatoes and peppers are as small as mine! It's been so cold and lacking in sunshine, everything is growing very slowly. I'm in southeast Ireland, same climate as you I'd say. Hopefully things will improve soon. I love your videos.
Great video again steve and you take care I looking forward to the next one. I have got some elegant growing for first time too🙋🏻last year I grew romanesco courgettes for first time and we absolutely loved them so prolific and with the normal ones we were able to make lots of sauces for winter to freeze and eat fresh and give away. We had 6 plants in all so won’t grow less cos they so versatile. 🙋🏻
As a third option, you could try some climbing beans in large pots started in the poly tunnel and then moved out once you’re past your last frost date.
Great sowing session, love this time in the season. I’m trying to do succession sowing, so I don’t end up with everything at the same time and then have nothing left 😂 … I’ve tried the slangen cucumber, it’s spiny so definitely needed peeling before eating, I wasn’t fussed about it tbh. But you might love it, that’s the beauty in trying different varieties
It's nice when you try new varieties and one (or more) becomes a keeper 🙂 Butterstick sounds like it should be yellow - I do hope so, it'll keep you in the good books 😊
Hey Steve, im pretty sure that both new courgette you are trying are both yellow so your partner mught be quite happy with them and you won't get in trouble lol 👍
Where did you get such a huge bag of Carouby peas? I got addicted to them last year, especially in potato salads but the seeds are hard to find here, and quite expensive. Hopefully you'll like them too. Thanks for all the great gardening videos 🌱
Hi Steve, I love watching your videos and thankyou for sharing your knowledge about gardening with us. I'm quite new to vegetable gardening and grew potatoes for the first time last year. I've chitted my first early swifts and they have very strong chitts but while I've been in hospital they've all produced baby green potatoes below the chitted. Are they safe to plant like this or do you think I should remove them? Thankyou so much for your help. Kind Regards Lyn
Great videos. What was the beetroot seeds you sowed? And do you ever have problems in your polytunnel with Ants? How can I get rid of them if you have any tips. Thanks
Surely the Law of Sod is the opposite of the Law of Averages? Sod's Law is when something goes wrong more often than the expected average, and usually at the worst possible moment.
I see your still using the trays from container wise, I'm really struggling with the CD60 trays they either stay to wett or dry out to quickly, in the same tray ffs. How are you finding them?
i love gardening...grow every thing .....but for love of life i cant grow radish....the most simple thing to grow acording to the packets.....they bolt every time to nothing more than red cotton.....HELP.....i love radish

Hi Steve, what size pots did you sow your cucumber seeds into and where did you get them from?
Steve I’ve got petunia, lobelia, pansy seeds…is it too late to sow? 😊

I was told to take seedlings off the heat as soon as the germination starts. Hmmm…

Got the same problem. So have put 4 trays on capillary matting in a 5ft grow bag tray.
