We are agreeing in prayer that your friend is healed and made whole. Jesus is our healer and made healing available to us on the cross. Isaiah 53:5 and 1 Peter 2:24 tell us that "by His wounds we are healed." Show your friend Punit those scriptures and tell him to thank God for healing that is already his because of what Jesus did for him!

This one... wow 😮. I admit I always had thought something was up with me because my circle didn’t want to hang out with me. I realize that no, it was really my circle that’s the problem. I’m thankful I have found faith filled friends in their place 😃. Thank you for this 🙏🏻
The people we surround ourselves with can have a much bigger impact than we realize! But so glad to hear you have found faith filled friends to keep you close to the Lord. That is such a great gift. Be sure to share your story with others so they can find their faith friends too! Proud of you!
Elevation YTH Thank you so much :) I’m so sorry I didn’t see this sooner 😮. I’ll be completely honest and say those friends didn’t work out so good but.... just this month, I’ve finally found faith filled friends 😃. I’m still gonna work on sharing my story with others, and I’ll make sure I’ll share all of it not just some of it. September ‘s Rhythm Night gave me a new perspective and I don’t want to stay stuck 💗🙏🏻
Come on!!!!! Yessss...this is so good. I work with youth every day in middle school...I just talked with a young lady who was upset about her friends not talking to her anymore. I was just talking to her about checking her circle.

Solo escuche la mitad, pero el resumen es: tu circulo de amigos influye quien eres tu de persona. Porque Es mas facil que ellos te bajen a que tu los subas. Y aun cuando tu quemas con passion a Jesus, si tus amigos no creen tu tambien pronto de olvidaras de vivir en Santidad. Otro punto fue: importa tu pensamiento y como te percives a ti mismo, no importa lo wue el mundo piense de ti.

Genuine question: How is a weak person supposed to hang out with a strong person and become stronger if the strong people aren't supposed to hang out with weak people for fear of also becoming weak? Doesn't that just isolate the strong from the weak?
If you are the "strong" person, I would draw the line at influence. If the weaker person has influence, you cut it off. Always draw the line at influence!
I think that it is important to have people who are "stronger," above your level, so that you are able to grow. If you are always hanging out with people who are at your level and/or below your level, you aren't going to change or even want to bc the people in your circle are the same. There is no reason to.
I don't think it isolates the weak from the strong but encourages the idea of seeking people who are where you want to be kind of like a mentor.
If you are always hanging out with people who are bringing you down, a "weaker" person, that energy can and potentially will bring you down as well so always being in that environment isn't healthy.
I think it's also important to note that no two people in a friend group are ever in the same place, weaker/stronger wise or in the same season in their life as you are. One person can "typically" be on the weaker side but depending on the season, that role can change as they grow. Or vice versa with a stronger person in a challenging season may present themselves as someone who is weaker. Depending on your season in life and your friends season, can give you an indicator on if they are someone you should spend your energy on or not.
