Net Zero Scope 1 Emissions

The webinar presented by Brandon Martin discusses the Net Zero scope emissions, which is a requirement given by the executive order. The Federal Building Performance Standard and the DOD policy are some of the measures that the government is implementing to achieve the goal. The DOD applies the standard to new constructions, while existing buildings are requested to change to all-electric when the system has reached its expected useful life, has unexpected failures, or undergoes major renovations.
