Your comment about the schedule comparison is disingenuous. The SEC/Big10 will have 2 or 3 of the top teams but schools rarely if ever have them all on the schedule. And below those top schools the Big12 is more balanced and competitive than the other 85% of those conferences.

They don’t have the ability to kick out (reduce in size) members of the ACC. They do have the ability to go route 3, at more annual revenue than currently received & more than the 40/50% they’d get from the SEC/Big10.
