    Looks amazing! We have had our Xelsis for nearly 5.5 years now and put over 6,000 lattes through it. The machine is still going strong, unless I jinx it. 😂 if you all ever need a long time owner/user to compare or test it side by side with our current 7684 give me a shout!

    Is the demand too low in north America for the saeco brand or thisachine? I'd love to try this machine, though I am still using the sm7683 model at the moment

    i would love to try this machine as well. I have the sm7683 model. @Saeco why dont you release a new version of your NA machine lineup. NA also loves to make coffee at home.

      I’ve been putting off buying a superautomatic espresso machine with the hopes that this model will be launched soon in the U.S. What’s holding back Philips from selling it here?

    I have an SM8889/00 model saeco coffee machine, but I cannot connect to the phone, it says "near machine" and it does not find the device. How can I fix this problem? Can you help me where is the problem? I'm waiting for your support

    Since the old Xelsis is now discontinued in North America will you be releasing this machine here anytime?

      Hi, thanks for your interest! Unfortunately we don't have any information on the release of this machine in North America at the moment. We'd recommend keeping an eye out on or socials to be the first to know!

      Just have it imported and pay the $85 import fee.. You'll need to purchase a 110v to 220v/240v 'Step Up' Voltage Converter for about $120 bucks..
      Just make sure its a 'Step Up' version and is at least 1600w and has the European female electric sockets on it.. Amazon has them.

      Its never coming to the western hemisphere ever... Saeco introduced the Phillips line of cheap plastic espresso machines in North America..
      If you want this model, you'll need to import it..

    Let us have the good Xelsis! I love my old Gran Baristo but I've already replaced the pump twice. Its time for an upgrade!
