New "life motto" song in my post "depression era" [DE] life! Have spent entire life struggling; for over 2 decades at a moderate level, then 3 years near crippling depression. The Lord plucked me out of in last January [right before my older daughter's wedding]! Even though I'm in valleys FAR LOWER than my DE -- every time I utter "it can't get ANY lower" it does -- the Savior meets me there and carries me out! Jesus sustains me DAILY and keeps me [relatively] depression-free!!! He uses songs like this to do it! Thanks for all you do!!!
Mick O'Brien It has simultaneously been my personal highest and lowest points in the craziest rollercoaster ride: haven’t worked in almost SIX MONTHS, isolation, stacked medical issues (with series of tests all with negative, inconclusive results), the enemy battling for my health (physical and mental) and gunning for my marriage...(I know I’m forgetting something). BUT, the Lord sustains me, meets me in the valleys and carries me out, I’m constantly given reminders He kept His scars so I can be reminded He feels my pain, catches every tear, cheers every victory over sin and paid for every failure; I have a clarity of purpose, I “hear” the Spirit’s guidance and convictions, have a boldness of faith I once only ACHED for, and He continues to use my trials and weaknesses as STRENGTHS for His Kingdom!!! It’s not been easy and I’m far from perfect, but I’m walking in communion like I’ve never experienced before!
The Lord continues to do a (difficult) work in me: after 7 months on furlough the Lord led me to a job that will be all Sundays through at least the end of the year. For a season, gone is my identity as a worship leader, gone the stability from weekly worship services. The Potter’s hand may hurt but he revealed what He’s doing in last week’s sermon. He is removing the things I relied on and trusted in more than the Savior. From the end of the sermon on the mount, the human condition (as I see it): we have all foolishly built our house on the sand. Once we meet Christ, we spend the rest of our lives trying to DRAG our house onto the Rock (which we really can’t do on our own anyway). In this season, He is washing away everything else I have shored up the house with, so all that’s left is the Savior! I have to fully surrender the house moving to HIM anyway - He’s shown me I’ve struggled enough in my own strength!!!

4 my 1rst concert ever, I went 2 winter jam 2023 at reading pa. at 1 point, a curtain was dropped, blocking We The Kingdom's performance. For about a minute, every1 seemed confused, (including me) thinking the arena operators had messed up. But then I noticed a few people turning around 2 look behind us. There they were, We the Kingdom had done a sneak attack. They were on a small platform by the sound booth, just a few empty rows of seats behind us.There was a bit of a human traffic jam as we rushed to the platform. Being right there in front of them with the whole Arena seemingly spinning around us was amazing. It was 1 of those moments were it was impossible not to smile.

I’ve not been to a lot of concerts in my life, but I have to say the WTK Holy Water album release concert is one of the (if not THE) best concert I’ve “attended”. Thank you for this! I’ve been dealing with masking and pretending. Im sick of pretending! I want to be real and build relationships with people from my church that I’ve been going to for 8 years. I was playing church and went consistently but was not committed to God. Backsliding a lot. wasn’t making an effort to be vulnerable or connect with church friends. Now that’s over! Thank you Jesus!
The love this band has for pop, rock and country makes a blend of highly listenable music and then they attach the truth of Christ, the God/Man into the lyrics. Singing honestly about living the Christian life with the flesh doubts trying to overwhelm us. Love these guys...and their love for the Lord is so infectious

YEP! It has been interesting how the Lord has worked through music. Has always been a big part of my life! Recently led to a new job (after 7 months on standby) where I have to walk away from leading worship. The Lord continues to bring PHENOMENAL music to me to ease the transition and draw me closer to Himself! WTH DEFINITELY one of them! The latest is the newer Crowder album: Child of God, Everyday I’m Blessed - really the whole album!!!

I’ve not been to a lot of concerts in my life, but I have to say the WTK Holy Water album release concert is one of the (if not THE) best concert I’ve “attended”. Even in my living room there was an electricity that usually is only found in the large concert experience! My seats wouldn’t have been THAT GREAT either...!!! 😳🤣
This is the best song I have heard so far.... I know I am being biased, but this song is so special and it carries depth. All the instruments, the voices, and the sound is so unifying and fire especially on 2:32. I feel the spirit of deliverance within the sound and the instruments! Thank you We the Kingdom, you all helped me to surrender to God by letting me come out of my own cages I've built on the inside. I pray that everyone listening to the song will feel the same as well.
